Made from contrasting Jarrah and Golden Sassafras arranged in a chequer pattern, the end-grain construction provides excellent durability for heavy chopping while helping to protect knife edges. The timber blocks are carefully fused and rested to ensure stability, then finished with multiple coats of food-safe mineral oil and beeswax.
Mounted on silicon feet for stability and airflow, the board dries evenly after use and is easy to lift from the bench using the integrated finger grooves.
