Australian Woodwork Returns and Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Return postage will be compensated if your item is damaged or faulty. For all other reasons, including change of mind or an unappreciated gift, return postage is at your expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card provider, as posting times can vary. If the refund is still not visible, contact your bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@australianwoodwork.com.au.

Exchanges

We will replace or exchange items that are defective or damaged, and return postage will be compensated. For exchanges due to change of mind or gift preferences, all return and resending postage costs are your responsibility.

Shipping

Return shipping times may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
