Represented here as "Pelican Resting" this carving has all of the unique character and personality typical of Pelicans and those eyes just make you want to smile. The body of the bird is made from sustainable, beautifully figured Camphor Laurel and the head from resin, the whole hand-carved with the head delicately hand-painted. In this relaxed pose, he manages to be dignified and lovable together.
