DESCRIPTION
The Kookaburra is the truly iconic Australian bird and the subject of many loved Australian verses and rhymes, a champion of the bush with that laugh that challenges all comers. Represented here in a typical watching pose, ( you've seen them in a tree or on a telegraph wire) this hand carved bird has all the Kookaburra's unique character and personality. The body is made from sustainable Camphor Laurel and the head from resin, the whole hand carved with the head hand painted. Designed to be placed singly or with Laughing Kookaburra you have to love him.
